About Us
The Cadi all started with Bill and Nancy Oser from Uniontown Ohio. Bill and Nancy were frustrated that they never had a place to set their silverware when dining out. One day, they were at a local Casino and decided to try the buffet. At a typical buffet, you may go through 3-5 different plates which makes it impossible to keep the silverware clean. The Oser’s didn’t like putting their silverware on a bare table for fear of germs and making the eating area dirty. Several times, they asked the buffet to bring them more napkins and new silverware… what a waste of products, labor, time, and a cause of frustration for the Oser’s. This experience was the last straw for the Oser’s. They went home, sat down, and made a prototype of the Cadi.
After a lot of thought and modifications, the Cadi became marketable:
- It was inexpensive enough so that restaurant owners could invest in their customers dining experience
- It was easy to put together
- It was customizable – you could print anything on it you want
- It was compact – coming 8 to a sheet you can put 10,000 of them in a normal box
- It was sturdy – no matter what size or weight of silverware is used it still worked great
The Cadi is everything the Oser’s wanted in a silverware holder and they hope it fits your needs too!
